HOW MUCH DO YOU CHARGE FOR SHIPPING?
Shipping charges can vary depending on several factors, including destination, weight and shipping method chosen. To provide you with accurate shipping information, it would be helpful to know your location and the postal code.
Please note that shipping is free all over Canada for orders above $75.

ARE YOUR PRODUCTS VEGAN?
Our products are not certified vegan. Some ingredients may be suitable for Vegans while others may not be. There can also be a slight difference of opinion amongst Vegan consumers. The ingredients are on each box so they can easily be shared with Vegan consumers and staff to allow them to make the decision that is best for them.

ARE YOUR PRODUCTS TESTED ON ANIMALS?
We do not use any animal derived ingredients or conduct any testing on animals.

WHAT IS YOUR RETURN POLICY?
We accept returns within 15 days of purchase for unused and unopened products. Opened or used products must be returned in new or gently used condition. We reserve the right to refuse refund if a product is returned damaged or heavily used.
A $10 administration fee will apply to all returns. This fee is used to offset the carbon footprint generated with the return and for the responsible disposal of the products. This fee will be automatically deducted from the reimbursement.

HOW ACCURATE ARE YOUR PRODUCT COLOURS/SWATCHES THAT CAN BE SEEN ON YOUR WEB SITE?
We strive to provide an accurate representation of our product colours as possible on our website. However please note that due to variances among colour monitors, lighting conditions and different operating systems, the colours may appear slightly different in person. If you are unsure, we suggest ordering one of the products.

Our products are not certified Gluten Free.
We recommend to refer to the ingredients listed on the box and review the individual ingredients.
